A former photography studio, this adaptive reuse project transformed the existing concrete building into a state of the art dental practice for Dr. Samuel Mattson and Dr. Benjamin Hellickson. MHD’s new location features an expansive lobby with direct outdoor terrace access, 12 treatment rooms, a private consult room, and a separate entrance and lobby for a future Endodontist practice.
